Refund policy

 

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you decide to return your item(s), it is for STORE CREDIT only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We will only accept items that are unworn or unwashed, odor free, free of any stains or markings including makeup or deodorant, etc. and with tags attached. You will also need to include your shipping invoice in the return package. If the item does not meet the conditions above, we will be unable to issue store credit and it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay to receive the item(s) back.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on accessories or sale items.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
Returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY. If your return is accepted, we will issue a gift card via email within 5 business days of receipt.
